For the game service you will have to provide mailgames24 with the e-mail address and a name (real or fake) of each participating player. Your e-mail address is subject to the Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to any third party and will only be used for our own purposes.
After a game is finished any information associated with this game will be deleted from our servers. mailgames24 only uses the e-mail addresses (without the corresponding names) to store the number of wins (Chess, Connect Four, etc.) or points (BattleOrcs: Arena etc.). This is done to give the players an indication of their playing ability.

Newsletter

When you start a game you can choose to subscribe to our newsletter. The subscription only takes effect if you reply to the first e-mail of your game (the first turn of the new game). This so-called "double opt-in" procedure guarentees that only you can subscribe to our newsletter with your e-mail address. You will receive our newsletter once a month at most, and only if there is an important reason for it (for example the release of a new free game!)

Do-not-e-mail list

Furthermore you will be unsubscribed from our newsletter (if you have subscribed it) and the number of wins and points of the games will be deleted.
